Autódromo Monterrey has been the home of motorsport in Mexico’s industrial north for more than five decades. The main straight doubles as a quarter-mile drag strip. The layout combines a road course with “El Frijol,” a dogleg oval whose Turn 1 got a chicane in 2017. In 2026 the track opened the NASCAR Mexico Series playoffs (“the Chase”) with a night race on September 5.
