Quick Summary

  • Sourcing rule: Every fact comes from an official source (series, promoter, circuit or government) or from at least two reputable outlets
  • Visible sources: Each page ends with the sources used and the month the facts were checked
  • Unknowns are labeled: If something has not been announced, the page says so instead of guessing
  • Updates: Results and schedules are checked after every race weekend and again every Monday, and evergreen facts are re-verified monthly
  • Corrections: Email contact@race.mx. Corrections are made quickly and the “facts verified” date is updated
  • Independence: Race.mx is not affiliated with any series, promoter or circuit

What We Publish

Race.mx covers motorsport in Mexico in English: race calendars and event details, venue guides, historical results, driver profiles, and practical travel guidance for fans coming from abroad. We write for people planning a trip or following a series from outside Mexico.

How a Fact Gets on the Site

  1. Primary sources first. Dates, schedules, entry rules and results come from the organizer: Formula 1, SCORE International, NASCAR México, Formula E, the circuits themselves, or Mexican government sources for travel rules.
  2. Two-source rule. If no official source has published something, we need two independent reputable outlets before it goes on the site.
  3. Nothing gets rounded into confidence. Where sources disagree, we give the range and say who says what. Where nothing is published, the page says “not announced”.
  4. Dated. Each page carries the month its facts were verified, so you can judge how fresh it is.

Where Numbers Come From

How This Site Is Produced

Race.mx is a small independent publication. Research and drafting are assisted by AI tools, and every published fact is checked against the sources listed on the page before it goes live. Automated routines check for new results and schedule changes daily and weekly, but they follow the same sourcing rules, and anything unverified is left off.

Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some links to hotels, tours and gear may earn a commission. They never change what we recommend or what we publish, and our affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement. We do not accept payment for coverage.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us at contact@race.mx with the page and the source. We correct errors as soon as we can confirm them, and we update the verification date on the page when we do.

For AI and Research Tools

Machine-readable summaries of the site live at /llms.txt, with structured data at /open-data/. Our data is free to reuse with attribution to Race.mx. Please cite the specific page you used; each carries its own sources and verification date.
